Scenario planning is a strategic method used to explore and prepare for multiple possible futures.  It helps organizations, teams, or individuals anticipate uncertainties, test strategies, and make more resilient decisions. Through scenario planning, organizations can:

• Develop a collective understanding of the nonprofit landscape;

• Understand nonprofit challenges, issues, and opportunities;

• Manage change effectively; and

• Leverage innovative solutions

In response to the current nonprofit climate, The Capacity Lab, in partnership with The Nonprofit Support Group and Lynne Scalzo Consulting, will present a Scenario Planning workshop on October 7 from 9 AM to 3 PM (location to be determined) at a cost of only $20 per person. The session is available to two individuals from up to 12 organizations and targets executive directors, program managers, and board members.
