Join the Capacity Lab for one Tuesday of each month at noon to connect, share ideas and learn with fellow nonprofit professionals. Each month will focus on a different topic and be facilitated by peers with expertise or experience in that subject area.

Guest speakers include recent program participants: Krista Camarata – Executive Director of Jamestown Community Learning Council and Shelley O’Boyle – Board Chair, JCLC. Learn about their experience with the training, and what they’re already implementing within their organization.
The Leadership Partnership Training for Executive Directors and Board Presidents offers a supportive and engaging opportunity to strengthen the leadership partnership at the heart of every successful nonprofit. Together, participants will explore the fundamentals of effective governance and management, clarify roles and shared responsibilities, and build communication and trust.
