2026 Capacity Lab Retreat

Nonprofit leaders spend their days sustaining others — this retreat is designed to sustain you. Join fellow nonprofit professionals for an energizing day focused on burnout prevention, resilience, leadership renewal, and practical strategies for working smarter, not harder.

Through inspiring keynote sessions, experiential learning, and actionable breakout discussions, participants will leave refreshed, connected, and equipped with tools to strengthen both personal well-being and organizational effectiveness.

Elle Benson of Nashville, Tennessee will deliver the keynote speech in the morning followed by a series of experiential sessions that explore the beauty of novelty. Lunch is provided, before heading into afternoon breakout sessions that will provide tools, tips, and tricks that you can put directly into action.

COST: $50 per person. Please note: Registration fee is nonrefundable but is transferable.
