The Capacity Lab Seeks Project Lead

The Capacity Lab seeks a Project Lead to serve all of Chautauqua County in coordinating and implementing TCL’s work plan that includes specific objectives and key results.

The Capacity Lab is a collaborative initiative aimed at supporting nonprofits. Our goal is to empower nonprofit organizations and leaders in Chautauqua County by aligning resources and fostering collaborative strategies across three objectives:

1.      Investing in the development of nonprofit leaders

2.      Connecting nonprofits with resources and one another

3.      Supporting shared services for organizations 

The Project Lead position is part-time, an average of 25 hours per week, considered mid-to-senior level; a contractual engagement would be considered as would a shared employment option.
